Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Weissburgunder and Roter Veltliner are vinified naturally according to the three quality categories – Steinfeder®, Federspiel® & Smaragd® – established by the regional protection alliance Vinea Wachau, adhering to the strict principles of the Codex Wachau.
